What we collect
Rx Hours collects your email address (for sign-in) and the timesheet data you enter — dates, hours, and work categories. No other personal data is collected.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the Rx Hours service to you. We may collect anonymous feature usage statistics (e.g. number of entries logged, exports performed) to improve the app. This data is stored in your account and never sold or shared. We do not use your data for advertising.
Data storage & security
Data is stored securely on Supabase (supabase.com). AI parsing is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Neither provider uses your data to train their models.
Your rights
You can export all your data at any time using the Export button. You can permanently delete all your data from the Account settings panel at any time.
Terms of Service
Rx Hours is provided for pharmacy professionals to track working hours. By using this service you agree not to misuse it, share your credentials, or attempt to access other users' data.
